Refund policy

Who can withdraw and how?

  1. In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
  2. In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order but delivered separately, the 14-day period shall begin from the date of receipt of the last product.
  3. Users wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal may send an email indicating the order number and the user’s name to: customercare@buonanno.it.
  1. The buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration expressing their decision to withdraw from the contract.
  2. Goods may be returned in person to any Buonanno store located in Italy, as listed on our website, or shipped to: Moda di Classe Srl, operational headquarters at Via Alessandro Scarlatti, 178 – 80127 Naples (NA), Italy. Return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.
  3. Goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all parts, and accompanied by all fiscal documentation. Once compliance has been verified, Buonanno will refund the amount paid for the returned products within a maximum of 7 days, excluding shipping costs and deducting any additional charges, as stated in Article 8, paragraph 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  4. As provided for by Article 56(3) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Buonanno may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until proof has been provided by the buyer that the goods have been shipped back.
  5. The right of withdrawal does not apply where Buonanno’s products or services fall within the categories listed in Article 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
  6. Buonanno will issue the refund using the same payment method chosen by the buyer at the time of purchase.
